In order to be considered for placement at Thims Group Home, LLC, applicants must meet the minimum following criteria:

 

  • Be at least 18 years of age

 

  • A primary diagnosis of intellectual disabilities (MR/ID) which may be accompanied with other related medical issues and mental health needs.

 

  • Must have documentation of a negative screening test of tuberculosis within the past 12 months.

 

  • Must not have a reported history of serious aggression, self-injurious or self-destructive behavior which posed a threat to others or self within the past 12 months prior to the admission request.
